Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. [EDIT if you deliver to additional countries — list them here.] If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to deliver to you yet.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; if we expect a delay, we will let you know by email.
Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 5–9 business days of being placed (processing time included). Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs handling, or circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become active after dispatch.
Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@couje.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@couje.com as soon as possible; we can update the address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. We are not able to redirect packages once they are in transit.
