These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of couje.com (the "Store") and every purchase made through it. By using the Store you agree to these Terms. The Store is operated by Couje ("we", "us"), 118 Goldenrod Ln, Cameron, South Carolina 29030, United States.
1. Store conditions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase from the Store. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and product information
We work to display our products, descriptions, and photos as accurately as possible. Colors may render differently depending on your screen, and minor variations can occur, particularly in handmade or natural-material items. If a product you receive materially differs from its description, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
3. Prices and errors
All prices are shown in USD ($). Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or content errors, including after an order has been placed; if the corrected price is higher than what you paid, you may cancel for a full refund. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when the order is placed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout and described in our Payment Policy. We may refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud or error; if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

6. Returns and refunds
Your return and refund rights, including your statutory rights as a consumer, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@couje.com of any unauthorized use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Store — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Couje or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. User contributions
If you submit content to the Store (for example, a product review), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in connection with the Store. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights; we may remove such content.
10. Third-party tools and links
The Store may use third-party tools and link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content or services; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Store to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, harvest data, interfere with the Store's operation, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may restrict or terminate access for prohibited use.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Store is provided "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Couje against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Store for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 8, 12, and 13) do so.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
