As long as the collar receives signals from the transmitter, it remains within the safe zone, and no corrective measures are triggered.

However, if the collar ceases to detect a signal due to reasons such as crossing the boundary, signal obstructions, or a depleted transmitter battery, it will recognize that it has left the safe area and activate corrective measures.
